Tools and availability
Pay for your subscription through live Stripe checkout in Settings → Billing. Paid tickets require your organization’s approved live Stripe Connect account. Event and trip donations use your configured live organization Stripe account; cash/check gifts can also be recorded. Manage payment setup in Settings → Organization → Payments. Donation acknowledgments are not tax receipts.

Link event registrations, staff assignments, contacts, and trip travelers in one organization. These have distinct records and permissions; changes do not automatically synchronize every field.

An authenticated API exposes supported event, registration, session, and staff records. Configured webhooks support documented event types. Custom CRM, HRIS, and BI integrations require implementation.

- How should we compare ADGEvents with other platforms?
- Compare the workflows you need against the available features, plan limits, and configuration requirements described here. Ask for a demonstration of your actual event and travel scenarios; this page does not claim feature parity with another vendor.
- Do you support SSO?
- SSO and SCIM tools are available on eligible enterprise plans. They require administrator configuration, domain verification where applicable, and successful testing with your identity provider.
- Is our data isolated from other customers?
- Organization-scoped access uses database row-level security and server-side permission checks. See the Trust Center for the documented controls and their limitations.
- Can we connect our own Stripe account?
- Organization payment settings provide Stripe-hosted Connect onboarding. Complete live business verification and payout setup to accept paid tickets. Each organization receives its own revenue; its ADG subscription is billed separately. Test onboarding does not activate real charges or payouts.
- How is PII protected at rest?
- Supported sensitive traveler fields use application-level encryption and access-controlled reveal logging. This does not mean every custom field, uploaded file, or administrative action receives identical protection; the Trust Center describes the scope.
- Can we rotate encryption keys?
- Platform administrators can rotate an organization's data-encryption key through the security administration tools. Rotation is access-controlled and audited; contact support to arrange it for your organization.
- What compliance frameworks does the platform support?
- Data-request and legal-hold tools support privacy administration. ADGEvents has not completed a SOC 2 audit, and using the software does not establish your organization's legal compliance. Review the published security information and your own obligations.
