ADG Events event management demonstration - visual text alternative Recorded October 20, 2026. Silent video, 44.250 seconds. This recording shows current ADGEvents application components with fictional offline records. The frame identifies an ADG Events sample workspace and fictional November 13-15, 2026 records. Names, example.com addresses, event states and progress figures are examples, not customer outcomes. 1. The Events list displays Community gathering, Coastal community retreat and Volunteer welcome workshop. The pointer opens Community gathering. No event is created or published. 2. The event overview brings its program, people and delivery links together. The sample event is labeled Published with Registration open; these are supplied sample states, not actions performed in the recording. 3. The pointer opens Program and reviews the schedule, then the activity overview. The sample sessions, dates and times belong to the same three-day event. The activity overview connects scheduled sessions with tasks and to-dos. 4. The pointer opens People and its Roster. Four fictional people appear: Alex Morgan, Casey Lee, Jordan Ellis and Taylor Reed, with staff, volunteer, speaker and guest roles. Labels identify the welcome team, workshop team, featured guest and weekend pass. No person, role or access setting is edited. 5. The pointer opens Tasks and selects Board. The task columns show examples of To Do, In Progress and Done work. Their progress is sample data. 6. The pointer opens Welcome desk ready for arrivals. The task is In Progress and high priority, assigned to Alex Morgan, with a November 13, 2026, 8:30 AM deadline. It belongs to Welcome & opening remarks and Arrival readiness. Its instructions cover name badges, the registration list, briefing welcome volunteers, an 8:15 entrance meeting and a printed room map. 7. The task detail also shows two to-dos: Print and check the attendee badges is complete; Brief the welcome volunteers remains required before the parent task can be completed. The clip ends on the task detail without changing it. No event, person, task, invitation or message is created or changed. No registration, check-in, payment or export is performed. The clip demonstrates navigating the current event workspace; it does not prove production authorization, customer results or provider readiness.
