What information should I include?

Share the type of event or trip, your approximate dates, team size, expected participants and the workflows you want to evaluate. Name the tools or integrations you already use. Do not include passwords, payment details or private traveler documents.

Can I explore the software before contacting sales?

Yes. Explore the product walkthrough, compare plans and limits, or start with a free workspace. Starting free does not activate paid-plan features.

Can we discuss a data import or integration?

Yes. Describe the source system, record types and desired workflow without sending private records in the first inquiry. Supported imports and integrations have their own scope and setup requirements; any additional work needs a separately agreed scope.

Does an NDA request create an agreement?

No. The checkbox records a request to discuss an NDA. It does not accept legal terms or create an agreement. Keep confidential details out of this form until a separate agreement has been signed by both parties.

What does the submission confirmation mean?

It confirms that the inquiry was saved for review. It does not establish an appointment, response deadline, agreed project scope or support commitment.
