Frequently asked questions
- What does a corporate event planner actually do?
- A corporate event planner scopes goals and budget, sources venue and vendors, manages registration and communications, runs the event on-site, and reconciles the financials afterward. ADGEvents helps coordinate those stages; your team remains responsible for supplier contracts, approvals, and on-site delivery.
- Does ADGEvents provide event planning services?
- No. ADGEvents is software for in-house event teams, independent planners, agencies, and destination management companies. It centralizes the workflows those teams use to plan and operate events.
- Does it handle sales kickoffs and internal-only events?
- Yes. Internal events use the same registration, run-of-show, and travel modules — with private visibility that keeps them off public discovery. Enterprise SSO requires an eligible plan and identity-provider setup.
- How much does corporate event management cost?
- A limited free plan is available. Paid plans, seats, ticket fees, and feature limits are listed on the pricing page.
- What event sizes can ADGEvents support?
- Capacity depends on the selected plan and event configuration. Contact us to confirm limits and review the requirements of a large event before committing to it.
- Can multiple planners collaborate on the same event?
- Yes. Module permissions let teammates manage different parts of an event. Audit records cover supported administrative and financial workflows; they are not a record of every action.
- How does ADGEvents handle refunds and cancellations?
- Registration cancellation and a money refund are separate actions. Recorded provider refunds can be reconciled to the ledger. Automatic cancellation of hotel and airline reservations is not available; the organizer or travel team must confirm supplier changes separately.
