Event ticketing software with QR check-in and real-time inventory

Configure free registrations, ticket tiers, capacity, and QR check-in. Live paid checkout requires approved Stripe Connect setup. Installment plans are not currently available.

Tools and availability

Pay for your subscription through live Stripe checkout in Settings → Billing. Paid tickets require your organization’s approved live Stripe Connect account. Event and trip donations use your configured live organization Stripe account; cash/check gifts can also be recorded. Manage payment setup in Settings → Organization → Payments. Donation acknowledgments are not tax receipts.

Tiered tickets & capacity

Configure ticket categories, prices, and capacity. Capacity checks run when a registration order is created; selecting a ticket alone does not reserve it.

Live deposits & payment plans

Frequently asked questions

What kinds of events is this ticketing software built for?
Conferences, festivals, galas, workshops, and trade shows. It also powers non-ticketed private events that just need registration and a check-in list.
What payment processors are supported?
Stripe Connect is the implemented payment path, with hosted Checkout and verified payment webhooks. Each organization must complete its own live Stripe Connect onboarding and be approved for payments and payouts before accepting paid tickets.
Can I offer payment plans on tickets?
Payment-plan configuration can be tested, but live installment collection is coming soon. It will require production payment activation and supported payment methods; failed or overdue payments need buyer or organizer action.
Do you support QR check-in on any device?
The scanner works in supported mobile browsers with camera permission and a network connection. Manual lookup is available when scanning is unsuitable.
How do promo codes and discounts work?
Percentage, fixed-amount, and per-tier promo codes are supported with usage caps and redemption reporting for each code.
Can I hold inventory across a shopping cart?
Capacity is reserved when the registration order is created, then confirmed after successful payment. Merely selecting a ticket in the browser does not guarantee inventory.
What happens when a tier sells out?
Where the event permits waitlisting, buyers can join the waitlist. Promotion requires enough capacity for the complete waiting group; paid places still require settlement before admission.
