Plan a leadership offsite or a week-long team retreat without eight tabs of spreadsheets. Record venue arrangements, coordinate travel details, and share itinerary information with invited travelers.

Tools and availability

Pay for your subscription through live Stripe checkout in Settings → Billing. Paid tickets require your organization’s approved live Stripe Connect account. Event and trip donations use your configured live organization Stripe account; cash/check gifts can also be recorded. Manage payment setup in Settings → Organization → Payments. Donation acknowledgments are not tax receipts.

Retreat templates

Save selected event ticket types, budget categories, checklists, tasks, and sessions as a template. Review dates and assignments when creating the next event.

Travel + rooming built in

Record flights, accommodation, rooms, and roommates for trip travelers. Live Travelport purchasing is coming soon; staff can record supplier-confirmed arrangements now.

Session & activity schedule

Build an event agenda and trip itinerary with sessions, meals, activities, and free time. Travelers see the items shared with them.

Dietary & accessibility intake

Collect supported dietary and medical fields through traveler intake with permission-controlled access. Use designated sensitive fields rather than ordinary free-text questions for private health details.

Post-retreat reporting

Review attendance, recorded costs, and responses to the surveys your team creates. Automatic retreat ROI or NPS calculation is not available.

Frequently asked questions

How far in advance should I start planning a corporate retreat?
Lead time depends on destination, group size, season, and supplier availability. Confirm venue and travel requirements early; the platform does not guarantee availability, negotiated rates, or a shorter planning period.
Can attendees see their own itinerary without an account?
An organizer can issue a traveler access link for the itinerary information shared with that person. Keep that link private and review what is included before distributing it.
How are dietary restrictions handled?
Use the designated sensitive traveler fields for dietary and medical information. Access depends on the organization's permissions; avoid collecting private health details in ordinary survey answers.
What does it cost?
Available event and travel features depend on the selected plan and enabled modules. See pricing for subscription, seat, event, and paid-ticket limits and fees.
Can we clone last year's retreat as a starting point?
Event templates can include selected ticket types, budget categories, checklists, tasks, and sessions. They do not promise to clone rooming assignments, role memberships, or communications; review and set those up for the new event.
How is roommate assignment handled?
Staff can record room and roommate assignments on traveler records. Review both travelers and the rooming list before sending it to the hotel; automatic two-way roommate synchronization is not guaranteed.
Can attendees choose from optional activities?
Trip itineraries can include activities, and event registration supports configured add-ons. A dedicated traveler activity marketplace with separate RSVP, supplier booking, and live meal counts is not yet available.
