Each organization shares its plan’s credits across available AI tools. Text tasks use 1 credit; document extraction and room outlines use 5 per model request; complete room proposals use 10. Resets monthly at 00:00 UTC on the first. No rollover or automatic overages. Manual planning and floor-plan uploads remain available without AI credits.

More team seats

Pro and Business: $15 per additional team seat/month or $180/year. Free plans have fixed team-seat allowances. Enterprise seat terms follow your agreement. Attendees are separate from team seats.

Email, SMS & services

Connected sender services and provider usage may cost extra. Enterprise billing, support, and separately agreed services follow your agreement.

How can I try ADGEvents?

Create an account, confirm your organization type and choose Free or an eligible 14-day paid-plan trial during setup. A trial does not automatically charge you. Subscribe in Settings → Billing to keep paid tools; without an active subscription, the workspace returns to Free when the trial expires.

Which plan includes travel and the CRMs?

Business includes Events, Travel, Sales CRM, and Marketing CRM for both organization types. Verified nonprofit Pro also includes both CRMs. Commercial Pro focuses on event management.

How do nonprofit prices work?

Discounted nonprofit rates require eligibility verification. Verified nonprofit organizations can choose monthly or yearly billing. Select Verified nonprofit above to see the rates and included features.

What do I need to sell paid tickets?

Paid tickets require your organization’s approved live Stripe Connect account. Site fees and Stripe processing fees apply. Deposits and installment payment plans are available for event registrations on plans with payment tools. Authorized staff must configure an active event payment plan and approved live Stripe Connect setup.

Does this change an existing subscription?

Existing subscriptions retain their current agreed pricing. Your workspace’s Billing page shows your subscription details.
