DMC software

Destination management software for corporate groups and incentive travel

Coordinate accommodation records, transfers, activities, traveler information, and client follow-up. Supplier reservations and servicing require the travel team.

Tools and availability

Pay for your subscription through live Stripe checkout in Settings → Billing. Paid tickets require your organization’s approved live Stripe Connect account. Event and trip donations use your configured live organization Stripe account; cash/check gifts can also be recorded. Manage payment setup in Settings → Organization → Payments. Donation acknowledgments are not tax receipts.

Multi-venue orchestration

Attach multiple hotels, off-sites, and activity venues to a single program with a shared roster.

Room-block & rooming lists

Record accommodation, room and roommate assignments, and export traveler data. Your team checks rooming lists against each hotel's requirements.

Ground transport & activities

Traveler self-service hub

Invited travelers can update details, upload requested documents, and review itinerary information through their traveler access link. Staff review completion and follow up.

Cost tracking & reconciliation

Review recorded trip costs and payment schedules. Confirm supplier charges and payment outcomes before completing reconciliation; the platform does not infer unrecorded costs.

Frequently asked questions

What is a destination management company (DMC)?
A DMC coordinates the on-the-ground logistics for a visiting group, such as accommodation, transfers, activities, and staffing. ADGEvents provides software to record and coordinate parts of that work; the DMC remains responsible for its supplier arrangements and services.
Is ADGEvents a DMC itself?
No — ADGEvents is the software DMCs and corporate travel teams use to run their programs. Your team is the DMC; we are the platform.
Can multiple hotels and venues attach to one program?
A trip can contain multiple accommodation, transfer, activity, and itinerary records. Staff maintain the room assignments and supplier arrangements.
Do travelers get their own itineraries?
Travelers can use an organizer-issued access link to view the information shared with them. Access depends on the link and trip permissions; sensitive details are not public.
How are passport and visa documents collected?
Traveler intake supports requested documents and protected sensitive fields. Authorized reveals of protected fields are audited. Uploaded files and ordinary form answers do not all use the same field-encryption mechanism; see the Trust Center for scope.
Can we invoice the client instead of taking a card?
Trip payment schedules can track amounts due and payment status. Enterprise invoicing for your ADGEvents subscription is a separate platform billing feature; it is not a promise of automatic client credit or NET-30 supplier terms.
Do you integrate with GDS or airline booking tools?
Travelport flight and hotel search and quote tools are connected in a test environment. Live in-app purchasing is coming soon, pending production activation and supplier/payment approval. Record externally confirmed bookings today; ground transport and unsupported servicing use supplier handoffs.
