Team and travel workflows	Your organization's base plan, active extra tools and any separately granted access determine available tasks, schedules, CRM, traveler records, rooming and itineraries. Staff permissions and enabled settings still apply. Event and trip donations support public checkout through your configured live organization Stripe account, cash/check gifts and approved participant fundraising. Live in-app flight and hotel purchasing is not currently available. Your team arranges supplier bookings and servicing. Deposits and installment payment plans are available for event registrations on plans with payment tools. Authorized staff must configure an active event payment plan and approved live Stripe Connect setup.	Virtual and hybrid conference products are listed. Ask the vendor to demonstrate your specific rooming and traveler-record requirements.
