This silent recording shows the actual Donations interface with fictional offline ADG Events records. All names and amounts are fictional examples. No payment is made in this recording.

1. Overview: the sample trip has $600 confirmed toward a $1,000 goal, with 6 confirmed gifts, $25 refunded, and 1 pending attempt. It is 60% funded with $400 remaining.
2. Commitments: 5 supporters, a $100 average confirmed gift, $350 pledges outstanding with $250 received, $200 matching committed with $100 received, 3 in-kind gifts estimated at $350, and 2 supporter gifts to fulfill. These are separate measures; do not add commitments or noncash estimates to received money.
3. Reports: the pointer selects Reports. Gross gifts are $625; confirmed refunds are $25; net raised is $600. Pledge and matching receipts are already included in net raised. Net raised is not profit or proof of bank settlement.

Online checkout is not demonstrated. The actual interface notes that online donations are unavailable until the organization completes its payment account setup; cash and check gifts can still be recorded.
